I worked at Search Consultancy full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    None since change of leadership

    Cons

    - Personally made redundant very recently like many others - Handled the recent crisis appallingly. Shocking lack of empathy - Volume of recent redundancies suggests all was not well - Colleagues and friends who were made redundant a just before the crisis were not put on Furlough when they could have been, leaving many of them struggling and no income for months. Terrible - Outdated recruitment

I have been working at Search Consultancy full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Friendly colleagues in all offices, training, recognition, support, management. All the above I find good / on par with other agencies I have worked for over the years. No uniform, quite relaxed when it comes to work wear. Dress down Fridays and monthly/quarterly meetings where ALL staff are involved and recognised. Salary is good.

    Cons

Benefits, not that great. Holidays, Healthcare etc are poor compared to others I have worked for and interviewed for.
