I currently work in Administration for Seaboard Transport and extend my hats off to the Management Team here in making this company a place I come to work daily, and proud to be a part of! Since working with Seaboard for the last three years I have seen many success stories and many improvements! I am pleased to say I come to work every day extending my appreciation for the company I am so lucky to work for!
Cons
With every company we face challenges, and my only advise at this time would be to look at how the decision being made effects all involved. From driver, to Operations, to Billing and Accounting. Every change in some way will impact everyone, especially with the role out of new IT programs that effect the way we do our jobs. Speaking with your employees directly and asking them what they do, or how they do it may prevent any problems arising before they happen!

Seaboard provides a great work environment with many opportunities for both team collaboration and independent work. The company history is inspiring and they uphold their values of being safe, reliable, and professional. Everyone is very friendly and the onboarding process was efficient and welcoming. I would recommend Seaboard to anyone looking to work in a fast-paced industry.
