    Pros

Good working environment, great people, career opportunities, flexible working hours

    Cons

Short training period. Working experience could be very different depending on which branch you're working at, but I believe this applies to other retail jobs as well.

    Advice to Management

    More technological innovations needed.

I have been working at Scotiabank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible work environment Most employees are friendly and supportive. Depending where you are, there’s opportunity to move around. Most employees genuinely want to help one another.

    Cons

Inconsistent management, “promotion” which will require you to do significantly more work but will not reward you with better pay or a higher level. Internal promotion is pretty light and external candidates seem to be much more desired. Ignore requests for role revaluation. Lack of departmental strategy. Bully leadership. leadership incompetence in the director + population Very hard to move anything. Slow to change....
