I have been working at Scotiabank full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Looks good on a resume

    Cons

I’m not sure how it is to be a UB or a FA but being a customer service representative at Scotiabank has to be the worst. No room to move up because management doesn’t want you to, worst training ever when it comes to new staff and the management is the worst they’re so unprofessional and rude. Low salary for everything that customer service representatives do.

    Advice to Management

Become more professional and give tellers more credit for all that we do.
