    Great work culture, support and mentoring readily available, trust given to employees to work on interesting, strategic projects

    long hours, disjointed HR system (the worst when it comes to onboarding), some areas of the bank are very overworked.

    Nice people Talking to customers is fun

    Rushed training Long hours Not much room to move up Job seems dishonest as customers were coming in for advice and management wanted us to push product on them
