    Poor technology, most initiatives are half baked and never completed. Risk aversion makes it difficult to achieve goals.

    Too much sales pressure, not enough time in a day for all the required tasks/extras, long hours with no OT

    Cons

    Competition among co-workers runs rampant within Scotiabank and job is purely sales based with little focus on service. Expected to remain in branch at all times but bring in business by phoning.
