Pros
.....the points were mediocre after the changes. I kept the Scotia Momentum because I was already with them
Cons
If I could give a negative review I would. Booked vacation that was to charge upon arrival. They charged immediately. I reported the fraudulent advertisement and it was reversed but I was charge $178 in forex fees set by Scotia. I called in and said I authorized the charge for March 2022 upon arrival. The charge was not according to contract they basically said it wasn't their problem. SCOTIA cannot protect your assets. We will be moving our mortgage and rrsp. Hope the $178 was worth it.

Pros
Under the right manager, can be a great place to work. Good benefits and decent opportunity for climbing the corporate ladder.
Cons
Low wage and low bonus, work expectations vs compensation are not in line at all. Computer systems are dated and tend to be slow. Office and upper politics seem to decide who gets hired for what position but that could be said about any work place.
