    Pros

    Better holistic advise based service that has a client focused approach compared to other big 5 banks. Able to promote yourself based on quantitative and qualitative stats. Less emphasis on relying on management for promotion as you auto qualify if you complete required course material outlined.

    Cons

    In the process of updating systems in which it seems like it takes forever. Other banks are by far investing more in streamlining processes. This takes alot of admin time and you often sacrifice countless hours in your week catching up on things to scan after a busy day
