- Benefits and employee share ownership program. - You also get a lot of support and also have access to many resources. - Meeting, learning and having good conversation with clients.

Cons

- Working at the branch on daily basis is not ideal if you are looking for flexibility. - Can stressful role as sales targets can be aggressive. You do get paid more than other banks so it comes with the compensation package. - You can be part of a branch/team that is does not have the culture/energy you like. A lot can depend on your direct manager as some can have micro management style.

- You just have to work during the bank hours - Great benefits - OKish pay

- Management doesn't seem to understand the vision. They want to go online but the branch sales have to increase which is contradicting
