I have been working at Scotiabank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great starting wage for administrative personnel, they take into account your schooling & credentials pretty well - team I worked with/supported are a great bunch that work very hard and sometimes longer hours, but it pays off huge (both morally and on the bottom line). Management is flexible when need be, and benefits are customizable to your needs!

    Cons

None I can think of, get to know your team and respect them - they'll likely show you what you show them.

    Advice to Management

    Keep at it.
