I have been working at Scotiabank full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Getting to work with friendly people, with an overall caring culture. Meeting all kinds of different customers and interacting with a vast array of businesses.

    Cons

Can be demanding, but overall management has always been very understanding. I think any of the downsides to working for this company would exist in any other massive organisation.

    Advice to Management

Some of the systems need some upgrades, and innovative ways to adapt to the new consumer.
