I worked at Scotiabank full-time for more than 19 years

    Pros

At one time a leading financial institution.

    Cons

Not the same bank. Now prefer to recruit from outside the Bank rather than promote qualified talented internal employees

    Advice to Management

Start treating existing employees like people. Cancelling benefits, pensions, etc. will come back negatively. This is no longer a fair challenging environment.
