I have been working at Scotiabank full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

benefits start right away, room for growth

    Cons

managers play favorites, they put their staff down and get away with it, ridiculous policies that claim to be "legally required" yet no other FI uses them.. workplace gossip. Way underpaid for what is expected. Micromanagement

    Advice to Management

don't put your staff down for having an opinion or for questioning policies that completely contradict themselves.
