    Depending on the department, economic outlook and due to structural rigidity, there is sometimes not a ton of opportunity for growth.

    It is a job. No the same pressure as I have felt in other companies.

    Cons

    Management. The higher the worse they become. Salary are the lowest I know in the industry, below standard benefits. lots of people with jobs they are not qualified to do.

    Review the amount of Short term disability leaves and the amount of people leaving the bank. There is a serious problem and it seems like management is too busy to see it.
