      Pros

      Great place to work with very friendly co-workers. ESOP Company so long term is great! Offer hybrid working for NC office jobs shortly after starting.

      Cons

      They do pay slightly less than market value for most positions, so short term money is lacking.

      The benefit of an ESOP

      Cons

      Top leadership starting with the CEO is making very bad decisions. The CEO is not a leader and is pushed around but others. Additionally he doesn't have any understanding on how to run a business.
