      Great company with ability to vertically and horizontally grow your role

      Pros

      Very competitive salary, provides technology required for a positive work environment (multiple screens, good headset etc), most people in senior management have a pretty good head on their shoulders. Matching RRSP contributions.

      Cons

      With certain divisions of the company we are victim of our own success. Product growing without required experienced employees to support them leads to negative customer impact. CAN benefits are very weak. Large company attitude with lots of 'red tape' to break for simple solutions.

      Pros

      Pros at SafeNet are a solid product and a great customer base. They've come out of the turmoil of 10 years ago in good shape. Solid leadership at the top.

      Cons

      There's nothing particularly exciting here.
