Pros
It is a stable company and is doing quite well. Good health benefits, dental and vision.
Cons
Short staff, hard to move up to another position. Difficult to increase pay and the working conditions are not that great. When it is busy, management expects you to take care of several tasks and since it is short staffed for several months, they schedule you for long shifts which affects your work/life balance.
