I have been working at SNC-Lavalin full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fair Pay, some good team members to work with.

    Cons

Extremely poor management. My team was extremely disorganized. There was very little training. Little to no work life balance. People were getting laid off non-stop and you always felt like you might be next. Very little transparency from management. I'm very thankful I got out when I did and didn't spend any more time here than I did.

    Advice to Management

I wouldn't even know where to begin. Apparently you don't either.

    Negative Outlook

    I worked at SNC-Lavalin full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Have a lot of potentials. Life-balanced in certain fields.

    Cons

Lack of good management. Company take benefit from good reviews from some key project get awarded with new projects but they let down the key players. Employees weren't happy and either thry left or got laid off. They offer much lower salary compared to what we had in previous years.

    Advice to Management

Better replace their management that lack of professionalism. Too many employees are assigned and just avoid doing their tasks. Very frustrating when it comes to HR and you don't get any response from them. SNC values were pushed and enforced by emails. It didn't mean much in practice.
