      Lack of proper training for new employees especially from business background

      Advice to Management

      It would be great to have a proper training session and introduction to the whole team from the main branch, which we needed to communicate with every day.

      Nice and skilled colleagues.
      Good opportunity to exchange ideas and knowledge.

      Cons

      Literally worst management ever seen.
      This company is merely oriented to make profit, by exploiting its employees.
      High workload and no proper remuneration.

      Advice to Management

      Rotate managers and be more gentle with your employees.

      - Nette Kollegen im technischen Team
      - Internationales Team
      - Home Office Möglichkeiten
      - Hunde sind im Büro erlaubt

      - Unzumutbare Strukturen.
      - Schlechte Bezahlung
      - Verträge sind stark zum Nachteil der Arbeitnehmer vefasst
      - Management agiert vollkommen disjunkt von technischen Teams. Blindflug. Innovationslos.
      - Unnötige Überstunden (Micromanagement Overhead)
      - Unerfahrenes technisches Personal übernimmt Projektleitung
      - Reines Commodity-Business / Auftragslage
      - Schlecht ausgestattet (Monitore, Tische, Stühle, zu wenig Software Lizenzen)
      - keine persönliche Weiterentwicklung möglich/gewünscht
      - extremes Reisepensum / Workload
      - Work-Life-Balance nicht vorhanden
      - Hohe Mitarbeiterfluktuation spricht für sich

      - Management sollte geschlossen ausgetauscht werden.
      - Stärkere hierarchische Strukturen zwischen fachlich getrennten Teams.
      - Einführen von rudimentären Projektmanagementprozessen
