no pros. culture is bad with lot of politics. company has funds problems. also cheating home buyers "Home truths: Buyers promised oranges, but were sold a lemon' read this artcle came in mumbai mirror on 21st October 2015. culture is bad with lot of politics. company has funds problems . A company like this has created problems for customer so how they be good employees who are internal faces.

bad culture, loss making projects, funding problems for projects. culture is bad with lot of politics. company has funds problems Sun apollo PE funds, realty firms in disputes over exits, corporate governance. Sun Apollo had invested around Rs.234 crore in Rustomjee’s holding company Keystone Realtors Pvt. Ltd three years ago. dispute over mis-management of funds read in live mint.

Learning oriented Customer centric Good colleagues Enjoys good brand name You can sail through easily if you are good with managing relationships, up, down and sideways

Cons

Your life depends on your boss and his approach Top-heavy, limited room for growth Processes are old, investment declaration still collected in hard copy Salary and incentive not up to market standard Every body starts looking for a person to blame even before things go wrong
