      Pros

      Lunch provided. Great engineers.

      Cons

      There is no organization. Terrible training methods include watching 2 hour long videos of demonstrations given to clients that in no way help you do your job. Reference documents are all over the place. Management comes off as very abrasive, unhelpful and they have a habit of trying to put people on the spot. No accountability on the management end.

      Free Lunch All engineering team. Smart workers. New technologies are used. You learn a ton, so by the time you interview for other companies, you will be easily able to ace your way through.

      Cons

      Salary is about 15 - 20k under market average. Work hours are too long.
