I have been working at Ross Stores full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working at Ross is simple and easy. Anyone can find their fit here either working on the sales floor or back in the stock room. Management has a focus on helping associates thrive and feel comfortable in the workplace. Promotions are easy to come by too, so especially in places transitioning into paying living wages as the minimum wage a full-time position here can be pretty nice and easily gotten.

    Cons

Though it is easy to get promotions, the raises that come along with them are rather insignificant. Also, I have seen that giving customer service can be stressful for those workers with social anxiety. While there certainly will be less customer interaction for stockroom workers, some interaction is inevitable.
