Pros

Pays the bills and parking close to the door

Cons

Employees should manage expectations regarding annual raises, as they may not be a consistent practice despite individual effort. Leadership accessibility is limited, with only a few directors being approachable and supportive. Favoritism is apparent from day one, often sidelining those not in favored groups, which is particularly frustrating given the lack of advancement opportunities. Benefits are not great. There's an observable animosity from some older customer service coordinators and e-commerce managers. The company's outdated policies, compensation, communication, and tech hinder long-term growth, especially for younger professionals. Finally, a discrepancy was noted with my job title, as I was initially offered "Senior Sales Coordinator" but later listed as "Sales Coordinator" in company records and for employment verification. Small detail but odd.
