    Rogers provides a great opportunity to work and learn at one of Canada's premier telecommunications utilities You get exposure to the latest advancements in technology which are also used by worldwide leaders like AT&T and Verizon. Great pay, great benefits and half price on all Rogers services and Jays tickets

    Cons

    Executive management is disconnected from the challenges that various teams are experiencing. Too much restructuring which results in firings that has caused a culture of insecurity.

    Pros

    One of the most things that I liked about being a Territory Sales Rep at Rogers is the fast-paced environment and friendly competition between co-workers that pushed each other to drive better results. The pay is great if you work hard and they have great benefits!

    Cons

    The position is not for everyone. If you're looking for laid back job and not going out of your way to achieve results, then it's not for you. There was huge lack of management at the time I joined as there were a lot of changes happening. The inconsistency week-to-week for meeting locations, turf assignment, and lack of feedback were the main points

    Too big of a company, deal with pissy customer base, once you make a sale it is out of your hands completely, not enough control of the sales process. Commission Cuts. Too many barriers
