    Multitache / Multitask

Aug 23, 2018 - Multitask in Boucherville, QC

    Pros

High Salary for a ``no experience needed`` Job. The job is not mentally hard, mostly repitition, making it very easy to work during your shift and then go home or to school and not be preoccupied with work.

    Cons

Managers are not the best, often selfish and will take advantage of you. As a student, it is very clear to them that my schooling is more important than my job but they still put pressure on me to come in more often and belittle my importance to the team because im not full time. Also, since we are unionized there is no reward for performance. You can be the most hardworking and make the least amount of mistakes and still get paid as much as someone who makes a lot of mistakes and does the bare minimum.
