I have been working at River Cree Resort & Casino part-time

    Pros

Very flexible schedules and good benefits if you are working over 28 hours per week. Many bonuses and recognition of effort.

    Cons

Occasionally slow and can get quite smoky indoors due to the smoking policy. Must be able to deal with the average drunk customers.

    Advice to Management

Listen more to the employees and the front runners of the business to better hone in to the cultural values of the business.
