Team is great. Leadership is top notch. I appreciate the freedom that the CEO provides and actually encourages. I have the ability to work from anywhere on the planet that has internet. I control my own schedule and feel appreciated.

Cons

My kids are in school most of the year so I can't work next to a mountain stream or on the beach every day ;)

The leadership team is incredible and truly cares about their employees. They also promote a flexible working schedule and truly stand by their commitment to a healthy work-life balance. They provide excellent services for clients and candidates alike. Such an easy company to brag about!

Riderflex provides all of us with an incredible culture. It's very collaborative and every individual involved is provided the opportunity to give input and direction on how the company operates. Successes are continuously promoted and celebrated. The team is encouraged to also share challenges that others can help provide advice and encouragement. The company is 100% virtual and the work schedule is completely flexible. As long as the team is successful with the work, there is no specific recording of time in which work is being completed.

Cons

There are no immediate downsides to working with this company.
