    The people I worked with in Service are people of incredible character and technical know-how.

    Cons

    Opportunities for learning, but not a whole lot of opportunity for advancement.

    Good product portfolio and good technical service level

    Cons

    Very centralized in Toronto... no career opportunity. Not a strong sales organisation. Very conservative EMT with service and finance background. No real and strong sales leaders for Canada. Losing Glenn Laverty, previous CEO, is very unfortunate. He was a very strong leader with strong market knowledge and a real sales champion. Marketing department is very old school and did not adapt during COVID

With regards to your comments about management and compensation, we do regularly review our processes to improve efficiency and conduct regular analysis of the external market as we strive to remain competitive in terms of compensation and other reward-based programs. Although we do need to make staffing adjustments at times, please know that we certainly do not take these decisions lightly and we carefully assess all options available.
