- Supportive and positive work environment - Flexible remote work opportunities - Nice managers - Nice product to sell (the software) MiiTel - Decent salary with twice-yearly increments
Cons
- Internal communication can be improved there are occasional disconnects between departments (e.g., marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success), especially around product updates and workflow changes, which can impact cross-functional collaboration. - Limited flexibility for the Indonesian team to customize the software it would be great if the Japan team could be more responsive to local market needs, such as requests for integrations or additional features. - The partner ecosystem development started later than ideal, though it’s now progressing in the right direction.
