    Pros

RetailMeNot has a really great internship program that allows interns to choose the projects and teams that they would like to work on. Projects are all quite interesting, and most are released to production or A/B tested before the end of the summer. Really friendly people and good culture. Office and equipment are quite good, and there are lots of fun intern events over the summer. Great opportunities to hear CEO and leadership of the company and other Austin tech companies speak.

    Cons

Company is stagnating a bit in the main business and is trying to expand into other areas and revenue streams, without a very clear focus. Parking can be a bit far from the office.

    Pros

    - they care a lot about mentorship, each intern has 1 on 1 mentorship and also has sessions where they discuss future career paths with mentors - real-world projects, code into production by the end of the summer - awesome teams, that really take care of you - dedicated intern talks with CEOs and entrepreneurs about career growth - free breakfast, lunch, and dinner events, also free drinks including alcohol

    Cons

    - Austin is hot - Also, the intern boot camp was a little too rushed

Great company to grow your career

    Pros

Great culture, perks, and work environment. Everyone is friendly. I have interesting, challenging work and smart colleagues who help develop my career. Sometimes the pace can be slow but it varies, along with the type of work, which I like.

    Cons

As an intern, I am worried about the brand if I work there full time, since I could have opportunities with much bigger name companies. But as far as the company itself, no cons.

    Great!

    Pros

Wonderful office culture. Upbeat and fun. Great intern benefits--well paid, networking dinners, etc. Regularly met with upper management to discuss my progress. Transparency is huge there--there are even weekly meetings with the entire company and the CEO is actually pretty funny and approachable, even to an intern. Plus, Austin is a great place to live--always something fun to do

    Cons

Austin is fun, but really hot in the summer
