RecommendsNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at ResMed full-time for more than a year
Pros
There are so many great benefits such as a work cellphone, team engagement events and activities, work from home flexibility and more.
Cons
There is an ongoing issue regarding communication between management and their teams within Customer Service. Working for a large corporation means business needs always come first and things can change very fast. Promotions within Customer Service teams are considered development opportunities so you work in that role for 6 months or longer before any sort of formal contract or pay raise. Customer Service teams are call centres and metrics and accountability are pushed hard.

I have been working at ResMed full-time for more than a year
Pros
Positive management. I truly felt like it was a family, and considered this company my future.
Cons
Lack of accountability from management, constant pressure to make up for the mistakes of your managers. Lack of communication; one person may say one thing but you ultimately end up thrown under the bus if the blame needs to fall somewhere.

A 7000 person family business! Attractive benefits, sponsored personal/professional growth. Focus on work/life balance with the courage to talk flexible options defined for the individual, not painted with broad strokes.
Cons
Fast paced, empowering environment meaning individuals need to self motivate and embrace a bias for action to power through ambiguity. Global teams mean that work schedules consistently flex from day to day. Parking!
