Great personalities, strong sales talent, relaxed atmosphere at the office
Cons
Management is horrible. Never seen operations so inefficient and unwilling to take care of the customer. Everyone is always frustrated that they can't get the help they need. Management always making things too complicated and throwing people under the bus for anything under the sun. Unrealistic expectations, no desire to take care of the customers. It takes them 2 weeks to make a five minute decision.

Pros
The company has great benefits and a genuine care for their people all the way down to the yard hand. They are focused on doing the right thing. Top level management has a vision and a focus for the company and they do a great job at communicating that to the bottom.
Cons
Difficult to move up in a short time frame. Must be willing to relocate or wait your turn in line. Job can be stressful if you let it be.

At times it seems that short-term decisions are made at the cost of the long-term health of the organization.

Pros
I like the variety of tasks and the people I work with are the best. Managers are very caring and try to help in any way they can.
Cons
Training is important in order to feel confident doing the best job possible and the tools and resources are not available.

Some great people to work with...I enjoyed interacting with fellow employees to assist with their questions. Decent benefits.

Company culture needs improvement, low morale in certain departments/BU's, lack of management in some areas

Steady job. No lay offs since I have been here. Supervisors try and help resolve issues caused by upper management.
Cons
Too many upper level managers. Company is top heavy and is not supportive of the people out making the money to pay their salaries.

You get a paycheck...some of the people are great to work with and you can make life-long friends. If you like company logo merchandise, this is the place to work!
Cons
Real talent is not appreciated. The HR department is a joke. The entire company is corrupt and dishonest. Competent customer service is non-existant. Don't work here if you have a family as time off is not encouraged. Further educational advancement is encouraged, however, no assistance is provided. Health benefits are provided, however, time off to attend the appointments is discouraged. Interdepartmental drama is extreme and management is unwilling to be involved.

1. The people here are awesome and work super hard to complete all work for customers. 2. The front line employees are very good who work for me and I consider them the best.
Cons
1. Area and corporate do not hear or do not do anything to address issues above the local level. 2. Equipment is old and tired and expecting drivers/techs/operations people to do more work with barely functioning equipment is an unfair request. 3. Red tape for hiring/discipline/and retention are huge issues that cause real staffing shortages and follow through.
