I have been working at Red Robin full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good coworkers, flexible hours, decent money.

    Cons

I’ve worked here for over three years and find that management makes empty promises to move people up. On top of that, it’s often extremely understaffed so I’ll often have 13 tables at a time while having to run food and bus tables because they got rid of bussers and expos. Oh, and don’t forget that I also have to make bar drinks on top of it! Customers are often left unhappy because servers and bartenders can’t give quality service to their tables because management and head office are so concerned with their labour costs that they’re willing to let two or three servers suffer in the restaurant.
