I have been working at Red Robin full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good coworkers, flexible hours, decent money.

    Cons

I’ve worked here for over three years and find that management makes empty promises to move people up. At my location, many customers have said they’re not coming back and many customers have had to get their food voided because the servers simply can’t keep up. Restaurants should work...

    Pros

Allows you flexible hours Not much previous experience required

    Cons

Management sees you as a tool instead of a person Changes to improve qol are looked down upon

    Advice to Management

I was a cook at NRO (new restaurant opening) and there was one manager that allowed the staff to work how they needed to work. They moved him to another store. Utilize the people as people and then their real skills will work their magic.
