    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Red Bull full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - Ability to travel to national events - Company vehicle, insurance, and gas card - RRSP matching - Free product

    Cons

    - Field Marketing Managers tend to be lazy across the country and depend on 2 - 3 events a year to display decent work ethic - Best friends club (if you want to move up in the company, your skill set is worth something, but not as much as who you chum with in HQ) - Pay (Red Bull starts employees at lower wages, depending on perks of the job and the brand itself to entice people) - Inability to do proper market... research in order to strategize in particular markets - Micromanaging unimportant things, not managing larger priorities properly - Managers miss a lot of meetings - Inability to follow through from meeting actions - Replaying events in markets without properly thinking about the overall return in sales (Crashed Ice in Quebec for so long, and now Rocks and Logs in Calgary) - Not listening to consumer feedback

    Advice to Management

    - Get off your butt - Do your research - Don't depend on such an incredible brand to do the work for you.
