There isn’t much documentation about specific processes. By the time I made it into the management team after 2.5 years, I understood most of the work of those I managed, but a new manager might struggle to learn all of that.
HR is very well-run when it comes to understanding each employees’ unique circumstances.

It doesn’t feel like my voice is heard and my opinion is valued as much as I would want it to. It’s hard for them to implement changes to company policy because it takes so long.
