The people I worked with were lovely (for the most part).

Overworked and underpaid. I started in an entry-level position, and after a year or so was handed two different responsibilities on top of my order taking role. There was little to no acknowledgement or appreciation for my efforts, and when the inevitable mix ups and mistakes happened, I was written up and demoted. Upper management is out of touch, and inconsiderate of the people who work extremely hard to help operate the business. I was not properly compensated when given my extra responsibilities, and was eventually given the "Make it so awful that they have to quit" treatment.
