    Cons

Pipeline is not the most up to date, it's a bit dated but works Salaries are not even close to market value Projects are not very interesting in general

    Advice to Management

Try and take on more variety of projects not only barbie and kids shows. Pay more and offer more benefits for people to stay

I have been working at Rainmaker Entertainment full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They are pretty flexible with schedules if you have a doctor's appointment, vacation planned

    Cons

They don't pay a lot. You have to be very pushy on asking for a raise and prove your value.

I have been working at Rainmaker Entertainment full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Rainmaker has been around for a long time, so: - Their pipeline is very solid - The work is quite chilled and relaxed - People are very cool and easy going - You get free chocolate milk, coffee, milk for breakfast - Food if you stay late - Beer gatherings every Friday - and overall just a cool vibe. Also, the project I'm working on is pretty cool and just lots of fun.

    Cons

You don't get payed for OT, but... you also don't get very much of that ;)

I worked at Rainmaker Entertainment for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great community and culture within the studio. Artists are welcoming and production is solid. Comfortable work environment and great location. Parkade beneath studio.

    Cons

It might not be a con for some, but if you're looking to improve your skills as an artist don't stay too long. It's a studio where artists looking to settle down will plant their feet. Management doesn't offer much if any notice of other productions coming up and will email you months later that they don't know the release dates of the project you worked on. Budgets for projects are stretched thin, meaning they will...

    Advice to Management

Talk to your artists about projects and timelines. Have productions for your senior artists to jump on to. There's a reason folks are looking for better opportunities when you offer nothing but empty promises for employment.
