I have been working at RW Lynch full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

I've been with RWL for over 5 years now and I wish we had this comp plan when I started out because I did really well but would have made a lot more $$$ if we had the same comp plan then. Something we have thats really unique is that the executive managers are now available to assist and are actually available to make prospect calls with you. This is huge as it helps to give your prospect confidence in our service....

    Cons

Management trains and is available and will help but does not babysit. This is more of a self disciplined office with a high-level sales process, so reps have to work hard and challenge themselves to build confidence and learn how to interact with some of the attorney prospects.

    Pros

Dominick the sales manager is extremely constructive and insightful and great to work under. He does everything he can to create a positive, comfortable environment for his sales team to succeed. There is a lot of opportunity here to grow and learn.

    Cons

Difficult to sell to Legal groups.

I worked at RW Lynch full-time for less than a year

    Pros

nice kitchen good hours have your own desk nice building there's not a whole lot of pros to talk about

    Cons

bad pay plan horrible management bad training I wouldn't recommend anybody applying for this job. The pay plan isn't good, the base pay is only 25,000. One of the managers kept making personal calls at work and arguing with his wife on the phone. How embarrassing and they couldn't even spell my name correctly haha.

    Advice to Management

have a training program that has everyone is on the same page.

    I worked at RW Lynch

    Pros

Some nice employees and covered parking.

    Cons

Required 120 calls (1 call per min.) for two hours per day. And if you reach someone, then try and schedule a call back? Unrealistic expectations - daily ratings on no. of calls, length, and presentations. Be prepared for "hang up" and rude responses from legal firms. High employee turnover including those that leave within the first week. Low pay, extended commission payout (get details) Interaction with co-workers...

    Advice to Management

Avoid volatility, be receptive to employees needs, don't ignore questions. Management will openly provide negative feedback. Inform new hires that they will be accountable to meet daily expectations which is posted/reviewed. Need to earn employees respect with less negativity.
