    Great people, good events, room to innovate, opportunities to take on training and network, most managers are good, team spirit tends to be high in each office, good office locations Negotiate for higher pay, they say yes but only if you ask

    Cons

    Old equipment Uneven distribution of work (some interns barely put in 6 hours/week and feel bored, others put in lots of unpaid OT and get burned out) "Mandatory fun" (ie come in on your evenings/weekend for hackathons with teams you don't chose to build our products with a bunch of deadlines, top team gets a $25 gift card to share)
