    Open to helping you grow - completed 2 co-op terms before becoming a full-time employee. Great experience and exposure Numerous events and groups you can get involved in to grow your passions and continue to network

    Cons

    Not necessarily a con but the bank is very large and difficult to understand and navigate. Also have to be very patient to see tasks and projects through as a lot of approvals are required - expected of large organizations.
