I worked at RBC Investor Services full-time for more than a year

I have been working at RBC Investor Services full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Cons

MD and above are of questionable competence, slow in making decisions and seems disconnected from the staff who knows and does the work with heart, despite antiquated technology and disjointed, silo-style organization structure from years of management neglect, serving clients who are leaving RBC investor services in droves.
