Great atmosphere and work environment, great colleagues, interns get a lot of "real" work (not just filing stuff etc) and responsibilities, the internship provides many good insights into the career and work of a CPA, very good salary for interns

The team is friendly and always willing to help. I felt like part of the whole team. It is a diverse work environment with people from all over the world. I got a broad understanding of different issues related to taxation. Most of it was specialized in foreign companies or individuals. I never worked overtime. I shared an office with one other intern only.

Cons

There were times where they had no work for me - especially during busy seasons. You must be willing to figure things out with only less instruction or explanation. I did not learn a lot of English as many of the staff is German speaking as well. So do not come with the expectation to improve your English a ton!

Great working environment! There's not such a fixed and determined hierarchy within a team as in a Big Four. As an intern you are immediately sent by clients and you have the huge opportunity to learn well and fast what the Audit business is about.

Cons

Given the absence of a determined hierarchy, probably it's difficult to walk the steps towards the partnership.
