Pros
One of the reasons I joined QuirkLogic was because of the quirky atmosphere as well the ability to balance out family and work life. We have an amazing team that works together to provide customer care to our clients as well listen to each other to make things work on a day to day business venture. There are days where I have to work from home, the company allows me to balance my time to assist with the family and work at the same time. The balance of work and family is great. The staff at QuirkLogic is a family atmosphere where we work together and help one another everyday.
Cons
We need more talented employee's to join the team as the company is growing faster than expected. Sometimes we are finding that we are doing more and more, but when growing a company, getting talented employee's that meet the profile is also a challenge.
