I have been working at Quickplay full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Usual mix of meeting deadlines, negotiating for resources and co-ordination challenges. Makes work interesting .
    - Flexible work arrangements with managers to be allowed to work from home when required
    - Very helpful HR, great HR intranet and training sessions on a variety of topics.
    - Good mix of in-house and SAS technologies

    Cons

    - At times the pressure to deliver is really high, especially when third parties are involved - and teams have a hard time meeting expectations.
    - Though there is a vast library of resources for professional improvement - thanks to our AT&T merger - it's difficult set a regular cadence to use them.

    Advice to Management

    - Management is aware of the challenges faced by the various teams and adjust plans when insurmountable issues are faced. However, I would ask for information on plan changes to be communicated in a timely fashion so that pressure is off the teams who may be stressed by some issues.
