Low morale and pay

Pros

The people are probably the best part of the company. Everyone that's not in management gets along very well. The office has standing desk for everyone.

Cons

The pay and morale needs a lot of work. A clock in and clock out type of job because there's not much you can really do due to workload. The upper management changes their mind and has very long processes to get anything done. There's expectation of strict attendance but certain people can just show up much later whenever they feel like it. Really a big double standard and hypocritical. A lot of things have changed since I started worked here and I understand there is turnover, but pretty alarming to see many different faces while losing a lot of staff to other jobs.

Pros

- Nice office space with standing desks - Co-workers are okay to get along with

Cons

- Below average payment/comps for the payments industry. - Lack of structure and leadership so no personal development and why the company continues to churn in terms of staff and have completely different employees in cycles. Very inefficient when you have to re-train new people because you can't retain your staff. - It's the CEO's way or the highway. - There really is no culture, which is sad because there's some great people if you ever get the chance to get to know them. It's already a boring, straightforward industry so this really needs to be improved to keep people motivated.
