    Pros

Great people, lots of talent in the company. Great pay and benefits, nice stock purchase plan with owning company and good work life balance. CEO is very good, just came to the game too late.

    Cons

Previous leadership has run this company into the ground. the quadramed name in the market is for not and they spend NO money on marketing. the products were great 10 years ago and today bullet proof but no real chance of life much longer other than maintenance mode.

    Pros

Work/life balance. Friendly people. Job variety.

    Cons

Vile new owners with no clue about American Healthcare or how to run anything larger than a $10M business unit. Splitting the Enterprise applications in to two disparate units equates to doom. Company fails to pay vendors, DirecTV was actually turned off at one location. No Enterprise sales in 4 years and since purchasing QCPR from Misys there were only 2 net new customers (not counting conversions). Client attrition is vile for QCPR. Affinity attrition slowed but that's after 1/2 the customers left due to former regime that strong armed customers in to paying a 2nd time for what they already bought.

    I worked at QuadraMed

    Pros

Flexible in terms of work/life balance Location

    Cons

Made up of acquisitions - not good for morale Years and years of layoffs has caused the morale of the organization to be very low. Employees are mostly negative and concerned about stability within the organization They have not found the right org structure to make the company successful Key leaders have recently left.
