    Pros

definitely great to learn about mentality and letting go of entitlement attitude that millennials have. definitely boosts sales experience and work experience. great summer job for students. this job will require you to be outdoors so freezing cold winters and hot summers are harsh and people without cars/live far away are left at a disadvantage.

they teach you sales techniques, you learn how to identify situations in business negotiations, lots of development and motivation. you'll definitely become a better person.

if you're a good salesperson though it's really good money comparing to a minimum wage job for 40 hours a week - especially if you do not have much going on for you, are unemployed, new to the country, etc. it is actually a great opportunity to get yourself an entry level position after school, get yourself out of a rut, or escape a minimum wage job at a retail/service industry.

roughly if you're really good you can make around $1000 a week, and if you're exeptionally skilled, some people there made around $1200-$1500 a week before taxes. even $1750 a week is attainable if you're really good. again, this is a really great pay but great pay comes with sacrifices. if you don't perform you'll probably be let go of soon.

definitely an MLM structure, nothing wrong with MLMs, just letting you know if you're looking for that specifically then this company is one and if you have the skills or experience then it'll work for you. not a pyramid though - you do not need to pay any advances or fees for 'educational training' to get employment.

    Cons

time commitment of over 12 hours a day, six days a week. work expects you to use your own car and give others rides and not reimburse you and have the people that rideshare with you that day contribute - so expect to pay money to drivers before even making any money from a first pay cheque.

they expect you to come in early for hours of unpaid training to lower their own costs and say it's "optional" when really you can not proceed with employment without it. they also make you come in early to train other new hires to 'prove to them you're serious' but again is just a way to avoid paying people. extremely unethical. you will be guilted into coming in early because it is 'for you' but there is no shadowing of the owners nor do they train you to develop skills, instead they shod off work responsibilities onto you as a leader so that you 'get to have the opportunity' of doing that responsibility when really it is for them to cut corners and save labour costs on their end.

look up innovage, DS Max, and smart circle on rip off report.com. look up slave circle on youtube. they are all related companies who absolve themselves with liability by expanding through new incorporations through promoting ownership of their own 'office' to their workers, which makes their unethical practices difficult to track and difficult to hold accountable legally. the structure is designed to shod off accountability and any potential legal issues. the name of the game is to recruit as many new unsuspecting people as possible and retain them for as long as possible to make profits, and repeat.

they do not fire people because they do not want to pay severance they just lie to them and tell them there are no more shifts or leads available in the hopes that the employee gets frustrated and leaves/resigns.

definitely an MLM structure, nothing wrong with MLMs, just letting you know if you're looking for that specifically then this is one

constant selling of business which includes lying and dishonesty from owners.

no benefits. no work discounts. no travel compensation. no contributions. no pension. unfunded team nights where you pay for everything ???

you really have to track every hour you work and every sale you make, especially the beginning because you might not get paid if they failed to onboard you properly - watch out for that and know your rights. write emails and texts for written confirmation.

    Pros

You become less shy and more outgoing - it does challenge you to talk to strangers so AT LEAST there was that.

    Cons

I came in with the impression that this was an events marketing job (that's what the ad said - you'll also find "sports marketing", which is also BS), and didn't know it was door-to-door sales UNTIL the 1st day of training.

Hours are inconsistent; if you don't sell solo within 3 days you're off the field meaning that you only get paid for 2 hours a day; they freak out even though you're new and have never done this before - what do you expect when people who've only been around for 2 weeks are training you?

They encourage you to pester people on front of the door and play dumb.

The hours are long; its emotionally, physically and mentally draining.

"Hey guys?!" and "JUICE" are heard constantly; its really almost cult-like.

They claim they have a management training program towards "ownership - AKA managing a branch"; and while this may be true for the 1% of people who are good at this; ask yourself this, do you really wanna spend your future selling door-to-door while teaching others to do the same thing?

I met some nice people here, but otherwise I felt lied to getting into this job and throughout I felt like this was a real waste of time.

    Pros

You get to meet a lot of people through this job, some bad, some good. You'll learn a lot about yourself and the world by working here.

    Cons

    - It's a scam, the interview process is literally someone telling you how much money you're going to make.
    - They want you to work 8am-9pm, they require you to travel to each location and don't pay for transportation - you're required to send large attachment emails and they don't even pay for it
    - You won't make the money they say you'll make, I was losing more money than gaining
    - Management is ridiculous, they don't care about you
    - Bad work culture, everyone is competitive. Don't trust anyone, they are all hungry for money and are willing to throw you under the bus

    Advice to Management

Stop lying about the position, it's literally a sales job in Costco.

Very unique business where becoming a full Manager is the goal. I personally witnessed 5 individuals getting to the Managerial level. It was actually very excited to see. Family environment

    Cons

If you want to work as little as possible and get paid as much money as possible, I would not recommend this.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. I miss you guys.

    Pros

Some of the best leadership and management training that is out there. Nothing like this exists for those with the entrepreneurial drive. Learn how coach, train and manage people while running your business and be paid for it.

    Cons

If it was easy, everyone would do it

    Advice to Management

    Keep it juicy!

    Pros

The personal development you will receive with this company, not only just in the business world, even your personal life has changed me to be a more confident and better leader.

    Cons

Starting out, there is a lot of time commited to get to a management position and build a career. After the hard work and reward of getting the position, the time you are able to spend with family or travel is endless.

    Advice to Management

Having the whole team work together more will contribute to hit the expansion goals we are looking for in 2018
