    Pros

I have had the best experience so far out of all the jobs i have done. I find that company's management is great who encourages to do better always and always appreciative. Well managed staff who is respectful to each other and co-operative. They is room to grow in the company if someone is willing to learn and do better and you get paid well. Overall, very stable company to work with in any term.

    Cons

    Nothing to say so far.

Pure Life is my dream job

Mar 18, 2019 - Marketing Director in Surrey, BC

    Pros

I have been involved with Pure life since 2014 evolving in my role with them. Working at Pure Life is a dream job for me because I wanted to work with good people who aren't chasing money, rather have a bigger goal. Manvir has big vision for the company to help patients and doesn't do anything underhanded - and is simple and straightforward honest. He wants us all to grow with the company. Suman who manages HR cares about well being of each one of us. When we have any problems in our personal life, she offers support and accommodates extra days off. Many employees have come and gone, I am happy I'm still here lol. Some employees have taken advantage of their caring nature to slack off work and not show up on time. And they had to be canned. The management creates a fun and supportive environment. The company not only sends employees for self-development courses, they also have fun outings and parties where everyone gets to have stress-free fun. It snowed a big time here in February. Management was kind enough to let people take days off and even offered rides for those who couldn't drive in snow.

    Cons

They are too nice to employees. We have become entitled, lol

    STAY AWAY

    Sept 2, 2019 - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

NONE You learn skills that could've been learned in high school

    Cons

all these reviews are from the employees that benefit the most from this company: ie: owners, head physios they act like they care about you but in the end, they are like most physio clinics out there: all about the cash. I truly felt guilty for all the patients coming in because I did not believe in their systems and the whole "best 30 min of your life." Management pushes you to the point where you are handling the phone, gym, emails, and patients all at the same time. If you are a health professional, attending to various tasks (ie: handling multiple patients at one time) can you really say you are providing HIGH QUALITY care? At the end of a shift, you may think you have done a good job, but in the end, its never good enough for them. I've had a time where I knew management was talking about me because they completely closed off the front portion of the clinic and soon after, sent their little suck up physio to tell me all the things I'm doing wrong... Felt completely isolated working here. STAY AWAY. ALSO they sometimes post their job ads under MANVIR SINGH PHYSIO to try to avoid people from seeing low reviews.

    Pros

I have been involved with the Pure Life Team for several years. Working with the team has shown me the effort, persistence and hard work that it takes to build a company and take care of customers. Pure Life has dedicated staff and team and management that has allowed them to help so many people in a positive way. It is exciting to see the company continue to serve the community through workshops, a fun environment, community care and more.

    Cons

    Nothing really comes to mind

    Pros

Pure Life was one of my first jobs in Canada. They took great care of me. I learned a lot and they really care about helping people which shows. They have a reputation for also helping staff out. They really did help me even though I had to go back home for personal reasons.

    Cons

None. They provide pizza. Fun outings. Opportunities to grow.

Room for Growth, Opportunity for Learning ++, and the Best Place to be for Care

Dec 2, 2019 - Clinical Director in Surrey, BC
    Recommend

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Pure Life lives up to its core values of Excellent Client centered care. I have been here 3 years and have been able to move up into higher roles within the company. There is room for Growth for the RIGHT team members. The Right team member is someone who is humble, a great team player, and understands that learning is a consistent process to great success. If that represents you please apply. If you are looking for a place where you can just chat on your cell phone at the front desk, I will admit this is probably not the right place for you. When a company aspires to change the status quo and make an impact, it does that with a positive intent to help others. This company is 100% HONEST and Inspires a Labour of Love for helping people. There are so many shady companies out there that use underhanded tactics to get clients and underservice all the time. Let me give you an example. You probably heard 100's of times someone went ot get Physiotherapy and they just got Dr Ho's for 15 visits. THAT NEVER HAPPENS HERE. The Team at Pure Life Aspires to give the best possible service and the BEST possible care. What does this mean? We all have to work a little harder to be honest. That's a good thing in my opinion.

    Cons

Does Weekly Pizza meetings, Continuing education, Access to Gym facilities to exercise, a Great Management team that meets with you weekly, and a TEAM that cares for each other sound negative? I think not.

    Pros

Pure Life provides services and supports its team through regular team meetings, setting out reasonable expectations, and ensuring that there are team managers who respond to team members needs.

    Cons

Pure Life is very busy, and its growth has outpaced its capacity, meaning that sometimes there is not a lot of time to speak to Managers.
