READ THE FINE PRINT - OFTEN NOT REIMBURSED
Dec. 19, 2021 - Secret Shopper in Vancouver, BCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
if your desperate for $10 and can walk to the destination you might make 2$/hour
Cons
They hide and obfuscate the info on payments, such as making you buy $10 of worthless stuff you don't need and then paying you $10 for doing it... no repayment for the item itself.

Crazy hours and workload, but great learning
Jul. 12, 2021 - Unknown-was Never ToldRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There is good leadership, more specifically Manue and Keren. They are willing to mentor and work with your strengths.
Cons
Crazy hours, expectations are very high. Since the pace of your work largely depends on how much you know the people in your database, it makes sense than newcomers would have a harder time.

Great Company
Dec. 9, 2019 - Independent Contractor in Kawartha Lakes, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Easy to work with the schedulers. No hidden agenda, the assignments are all laid out for you in detail. If you believe that the job does not pay enough for the work that needs to be completed than you should not pick the job. All assignments are explained in detail, there are many bonuses for various assignments and schedulers are prepared to give sufficient bonuses. Pay is always on time. I have worked with Premier for over a year. Good company
Cons
Merchandising projects were not explained in detail and sometimes it takes too long for a scheduler to get back to you regarding an assignment

Pros
This is a great Canadian company to work for. They have high expectations because they want the best and brightest on the team. Based on some of the sour grape reviews, I suspect those people were not able to meet the standards required. Pay is clearly outlined up front, as are all job requirements.
Cons
Work at times can be feast or famine, however, this is the nature of this type of work.

A great company to work for, a team that feels like family
May 22, 2019 - Anonymous Contractor in Vancouver, BCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great support staff, a boss that listens to you and tries to create solutions for a healthy work environment, a helpful, friendly, inclusive, and welcoming team. Fair compensation for fun work.
Cons
Unpredictable hours sometimes, that's about the only real con. If you thrive on keeping busy, autonomous driven work, this is a great place for you.

Pros
Some reports you can put in much detail to improve a company that you have shopped and that makes me feel good to improve services.
Cons
Some schedulers are extremely rude, stressed and unknowable. I found they really do not pay enough to cover expenses and with new pilot shops that come out you make nothing as by the time you do a test, training seminar and days of emails and calls with a scheduler then do the shop and report you make nothing and most of the time lose money, you are lucky if you get enough to cover your gas expense. You often are held up waiting for a package to be delivered as they want the shop done ASAP and then start dates change frequently so your life is held up and you cannot make plans. The management blames it on the companies who hire them to do the projects so it does not look like anything will get resolved as long as they do not recognize the issue or seem to want to correct it. Contrary other mystery shop companies do not have this issue and run smooth. I have worked for Premier Services on/off for 10 years and after a shop I never want to work for them again, time goes by and someone calls begging to get an assignment completed as they have no shoppers. They can and have refused pay before if they find something wrong with your report. It is hard to be a mystery shopper when you are required to take 20 photos for a report as someone will surely spot you. I have to wonder if the top owner or management person knows how messed up some of the projects and schedulers are.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!
May 21, 2019 - Mystery Shopper in Toronto, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Make your own hours. They do pay as long as they don't find any errors to dock your payment!
Cons
I have done a number of gas station jobs for this company and with the Esso you are required to spend $15 in gas and $2 in the store. There were numerous times where I spent more than the required $2 as there are restrictions on what you can purchase. One job I bought a coffee and it didn't come to the $2, Premier Service did not pay me for this job.

Amazing Mystery Shopping Company
Mar. 12, 2019 - Anonymous FreelancerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I have been working with Premier Service for a few months now and I will probably stick around for a long time! The team is full of professional and competent people. It is a pleasure to work with them.
Cons
Premier Service holds itself to a high standard of professionalism, and they ask the same of people working with the company. However, if you are hardworking and take pride in a job well done, you will fit right in!

Pros
