    Negative Outlook

I worked at Power Home Remodeling full-time for more than a year

    Pros

No limit on earning potential. Millenial company. Everyone is young and energetic. The company promotions are fun and we get a yearly trip to Mexico.

    Cons

Leadership here is too busy partying with one another and dating inside the office. It feels like working in a frat house. If you can self motivate yourself then this is a great place. Be ready to kiss up to management to feel accepted. This is not a place for adults. If you are under 25 years old, then join their kids club of an office.

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Unlimited earning potential, uncapped commissions, continuous mentorship, leadership conferences, company trip, family involvement.

    Cons

If you are not organized, work life balance can be tough. The job is hard! There is lots of role playing, studying, scripting. Well worth it but if this is not your strength, reconsider or prepare to work harder than you're used to!

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

When I started with Power, I was told if I worked hard, helped those around me and did the right things, even when no one was looking I would never have to update my resume ever again and I have't for the last 10+ years. Apply if you are looking for: Incredible People Strong Leadership Detailed Training Family Atmosphere Competitive Environment Great Culture Earning Potential Personal Growth Professional Growth Honest Communication Safe and Inclusive Workspace

    Cons

The cons for working with Power are only cons for the wrong people. To be successful here you need to put in the work and be self disciplined.

    Pros

*High earning potential *Great Leadership *Clear path to promotion *Amazing bonuses, promos, trips *Life changing conferences and speakers series *Adaptable and Responsive leadership that listens to employees feedback. *Prides itself on Culture

    Cons

I don’t personally have negatives towards the job. I love it and I love the company. But the issues some people have would be *Potential for long days (also short ones) * On-call sometimes which can make it difficult to schedule a work life balance. (Although the company is aware and made significant changes to allow better scheduling). *Driving if you live in an area with traffic. (That’s just life though)

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Opportunities to advance based off of work performance High earning potential Open and honest communication Power cares greatly about their employees and consistently makes that evident The people within the company make the work environment amazing, making it so that I look forward to going into work

    Cons

We work on off hours, much of the time while others are not working, I.e. nights and weekends. I feel this is balanced out though, as a remodeling consultant I generally work considerably less than 40 hours a week
